Shipping Policy

At The Slaughter Project (“Slaughter”), we process and ship all orders within 10 business days. If shipment is delayed beyond this timeframe, you will be notified via email with the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping options include:

• USPS® Ground Advantage® (2–5 business days)

• USPS® Priority Mail® (1–3 business days)

• USPS® Priority Mail Express® (Overnight)

Shipping times above apply to destinations within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories may take longer. For international orders, shipping times may also be extended depending on destination and local customs processing.

You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged after shipment, we will work with you and USPS to resolve the issue. We typically offer a replacement or refund for lost items, but liability for delivery ultimately rests with the carrier. Orders marked as “delivered” but not received are handled on a case-by-case basis; we generally ship a replacement in good faith but reserve the right to review repeated claims.

We ship internationally, and the same policies apply for all customers worldwide. Shipping times for international orders may be longer depending on destination and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
